The Dark Tree by x-horizon The Dark Tree by x-horizon
The Dark Tree...

Grown between rocks on top of an abandoned fortress.
Dead, but yet proud with branches reaching for the sky..

The Dark Tree - captured on a rainy day, using infraRed technology and slight tone corrections in Photoshop.

Thanks for watching & thanks for your support

I found this on Pinterest and am painting it in oils right now! (I am using purples and teal, however). I love this photo!

Hi x-horizon
I am writing a synopsis for my final exam, about the dark side of alcohol and drugs, how it can "dry out" a humans soul and leave it in the darkness. When I fell over your picture here, I thought that it would fit well as a frontcover to my exam-work.

So my question is; may I use your photo here as my front cover? Of course your name (artist name) will be mentioned in the project and a link to your page will be written.

I hope that you'll say yes, because I really like this photo of yours.
