Every living creature dies alone...

Donnie Darko: "A storm is coming, Frank says
A storm that will swallow the children
And I will deliver them from the kingdom of pain!"

As a big donnie darko fan I just had to come up with some kind of fan art. So here it is, my first submission in the new year!
The setup was an interesting challenge: I used a paper box and carefully cut the window into it - but it was more difficult to place the lights so that it will look like in the movie. In the end I've covered the light sources with a green towel in order to have some kind of filter...

So this is the outcome

This is great! I had my prejudices against the film, but once I saw it, I was stunned. It's probably the most moving, atmospheric movie I've ever seen. Magical work of art.
